Resident Evil 7 is out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Far more action packed than the main game, Not A Hero keeps RE7’s identity intact while playing up action along with combat based unlockables. The End of Zoe DLC will also be available to purchase separately for £11.99.Ĭapcom has previously said that the End of Zoe will be more substantial than anything seen yet from the DLCs that’ve been released for Resident Evil 7, but exactly what this’ll be is currently unclear. Not A Hero picks up immediately after the events of Resident Evil 7 and switches control to Chris’ perspective. The Gold Edition comes with both of the Banned Footage DLCs, the Chris Redfield-centric Not A Hero DLC, and the End of Zoe DLC, which focuses on the fate of Zoe Baker after the events of RE7. The best bit is that Not A Hero will be a free download for owners of Resident Evil 7.įollowing a number of delays for the Not A Hero DLC, it’ll see its release alongside End of Zoe, and Resident Evil 7: Gold Edition. There isn’t much to say about this area beyond combat. Players take on the role of Chris Redfield, who’s changed a little from his Resident Evil 5 days and seems to be working for New Umbrella, which doesn’t sound ominous in the slightest. Not a Hero’s first few minutes take place in the salt mines, which you’ll recognize if you’ve played through Resident Evil 7.
